Product description:
When the slider is large, wear-resistant plates are generally added to the bottom and back of the slider to prevent wear between the slider and the template, between the slider and the stopper.
Notes are as follows:
a. The wear plate should be higher than the back of the template and the slider
b. The wear resistance of the wear plate is better, generally use alloy steel, heat treatment HRC54-56
c. The friction surface of the wear-resistant plate generally has an oil groove. On the one hand, it can store the added butter, and on the other hand, it can store the waste chips generated by the mold in production, so as to prevent the waste chips from hindering the movement of the slider.
